"Treasures of the Peoria Riverfront Museum | Design & Duplication" marks the first time that curators have presented such an in depth look into a cross section of extraordinary artistic works, scientific objects, historic relics and achievement-related stories from our collection. A first-of-its-kind, multifaceted presentation of this nature is only possible because of our uniquely multi-disciplinary museum and, of course, by the generosity of those who generously gave these objects to the museum. 

Following up on the largest-ever celebration of our permanent collection with the "101 Treasures" exhibition in early 2021, "Design & Duplication" uses ten vignettes to explore the common theme of the intricacies of structure and form as well as aspects of repetition and duplication that can be found in both nature and fabricated objects.
